Ramsden International is the UK's leading wholesale exporter of British grocery brands, selling over 25,000 products to more than 650 customers in over 130 countries worldwide.
Our business is solely dedicated to export and our customers range from small retailers to large multiples and wholesale distributors. By providing a wide product range, exceptional levels of customer service support, and offering a total supply chain solution, covering logistics, data compliance, relabelling, ingredient translations and category management, our ‘customer first’ strategy has turned us from simply being an export wholesaler into an unmatched, value-added service provider.
We are a third-generation, family business based in Grimsby, UK, and we have international sales presence in Singapore, New Zealand and UAE. This has allowed us to employ in-country salespeople with the local knowledge required to successfully manage the commercial relationships within each territory. Additionally our teams speak a total of 27 different languages, meaning we can speak to our customers in their preferred language.
Customer service is at the heart of our business. Since our humble beginnings in 1946 we have refined and developed Ramsden International, building on the wants and needs of our loyal customers around the globe. Our aim is to make importing British groceries as simple as possible for our customers and by honing our expertise in the export market, we have become adept at understanding the needs of many retail sectors and consumers.
Since 1998 we have received over 100 business awards and pride ourselves on being recognised for being the best at what we do. We’re proud to have received The Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade three times – the most prestigious award any British business can hold for exporting success.
